How do you ensure that after downloading your app, patients will keep it on their phones? Smartphones have limited space and when users download apps, they are investing in hopes that the application will be a much used tool and resource. Here are some steps to maximize patient satisfaction with your app.

Give your patients a reward for keeping up with your app. Offering coupons and special offers that are exclusive to app users is the best way to justify the space it uses on the phone is worth it.

Push Notifications

Push Notifications are an easy, quick way to get a message to your patients. Let your patients know about changes to the office, new specials or last minute schedule openings by sending a notification that appears immediately on their phone, even if the app is closed.

Give Them a Reliable Resource

Give your patients a reliable resource that is current and up-to-date. If your address, email, or phone number changes, don’t forget to update the app by either logging in to your Dental Anywhere account or calling us. Did you know you have the power to edit all the text in your app? You can always call us to update or add any feature in your app so that it is growing along with your business.

Help Their Treatment Become a Success
